Conocer y valorar los distintos tipos de aceites lubricantes en la sala de máquinas de un buque tipo

Abstract

Resumen: En el presente trabajo se van a conocer los diferentes tipos de lubricantes empleados en la sala de máquinas de un buque. Para ello primero explicaremos que es un lubricante, origen, funciones, propiedades, características… Posteriormente se explica brevemente las máquinas presentes en la sala de máquinas que vamos a lubricar y sus condiciones de trabajo. Con lo explicado anteriormente podremos hacer una correcta elección de los lubricantes que necesitamos para nuestros equipos a lubricar en la sala de máquinas, con la ayuda de las fichas técnicas de los aceites. Después de elegir los lubricantes que consideramos necesarios, se hace una comparación entre los lubricantes elegidos de entre las tres casas de aceite y sus precios. Por último, hacemos un presupuesto con los consumos anuales de cada máquina y los precios de cada aceite, para comparar así el presupuesto anual entre las tres compañías de aceite.

Abstract: In this work we are going to know the different types of lubricants used in the engine room of a vessel type. Firstly we are going to explain what is a lubricant, his origin, their functions, their properties, their characteristics... Then we describe briefly the machines present in the engine room that we are going to lubricate and its working conditions. As explained above, we can make a right choice of lubricants we need for our equipment to lubricate in the engine room, to make the right choice we will have the help of the oils technical specifications. After choosing the lubricants we considered necessary, we are going to do a comparison of lubricants chosen from the three oil houses and its prices. Finally we make a budget, with annual consumption of each machine and each oil prices, so compare the annual budget between the three houses oil.
