RESUMEN: Comillas es un municipio que vive, en un alto porcentaje, del turismo. Gracias a su cercanía tanto con el mar como con la montaña, hacen de la villa, un lugar singular para pasar unos días o ir de paso. Es un lugar que tanto sus calles como sus monumentos albergan años de historia y este enclave ha sido utilizado para numerosas escenas de películas. Comillas es un lugar que, tanto por su gente como por su belleza, conquista a quien lo visita. En este trabajo se realiza un análisis de este municipio, desde el punto de vista turístico. Se realiza una breve explicación de la evolución del turismo, analizando sus recursos, así como la oferta y la demanda turística del municipio. Para finalizar se presentarán unas breves conclusiones y propuestas en las que se analizarán los datos obtenidos y se plantearán sugerencias para intentar mejorar la imagen turística de la Villa.
ABSTRACT: Comillas is a township that lives, in a big part of the tourism sector. Because of its location, near the sea and the mountain, makes this municipality the perfect place to spend some days or go for a walk. It is a place where its streets, monuments are full of history and this have been use in numerous times as the scenery of a variety of movies. Comillas is a place that because of the locals and the beauty of the town, conquers who visit it. This thesis makes an analysis of the municipality, front a tourism view. It contains a little explanation of the tourism evolution in the area, analyzing its resources as well as the supply and demand of Comillas. To conclude, some final ideas and proposals will be introduce. They will be analyze with some data and some suggestions to improve the touristic image of Comillas will be shown.
