Coupled oscillator systems with constant phase-shift between elements, are of great interest in beam steering applications. The objective of this work is to study the stability of the multiple solutions coexisting with the constant phase-shift one. A semi-analytic formulation, based in a perturbed model of the single oscillator, has been developed to study these systems in a more efficient way. The stability of the solutions is obtained from a linearization of the perturbed system associated to the semi-analytic formulation. The presented techniques allow a global understanding of the phenomena that delimit the maximum constant phase-shift range in these systems. The technique has been applied to the synthesis of a FET-based three element array at 5 GHZ.es_ES
