La bolsa: análisis de la evolución de los valores bursátiles en las crisis mundiales

Abstract

RESUMEN: Profundizando en el tema de la bolsa y de los valores bursátiles, se ha querido transmitir en primer lugar los orígenes de esta y porque surgió, además de explicar su funcionamiento y las partes que compone una sesión diaria en un mercado búrsatil. Tras haber introducido estos conceptos, se ha querido hacer un resumen sobre el principal índice nacional IBEX-35, explicando las empresas que lo componen, los sectores en los que operan y el peso de cada una de ellas. Continuando con esta idea, se ha querido realizar un análisis profundo de grandes índices bursátiles mundiales, utilizando la misma estructura en cada uno de ellos. Se ha comenzado explicando los orígenes de cada uno, las empresas que lo forman, los sectores en los que operan y terminando con un seguimiento de la evolución histórica de estos valores, argumentando los tramos en los que hubo grandes volatilidades y como se sobrepusieron dichos índices a las diferentes caídas de la bolsa. La idea de comparar distintos índices bursátiles tanto americanos como europeos y asiáticos, es para comprobar las distintas reacciones de estos ante crisis mundiales, ya sea por el diferente tipo de empresas que cotizan en ellos, por la cultura local o por otro tipo de razones, así como las similitudes que guardan en muchos casos. Por último se ha pretendido comparar en concreto la reacción de estos valores a la época de la pandemia del Covid-19, cual fue la reacción de cada uno y justificar porque cada uno de ellos pasó por un plazo de recuperación diferente.

ABSTRACT: Going deeper into the subject of the stock market and stock values, we wanted to transmit first of all the origins of the stock market and why it arose, as well as explaining how it works and the parts that make up a daily session in a stock market.After having introduced these concepts, we wanted to make a summary of the main national index IBEX-35, explaining the companies that compose it, the sectors in which they operate and the weight of each one of them. Continuing with this idea, we wanted to carry out an in-depth analysis of the major world stock market indexes, using the same structure for each of them. We have begun by explaining the origins of each one, the companies that form them, the sectors in which they operate and ending with a follow-up of the historical evolution of these values, arguing the stretches in which there were great volatilities and how these indexes overcame the different falls of the stock market. The idea of comparing different stock market indexes, both American, European and Asian, is to check their different reactions to world crises, either because of the different types of companies listed on them, the local culture or for other reasons, as well as the similarities they have in many cases. Finally, we have tried to compare in particular the reaction of these stocks to the time of the Covid-19 pandemic, what was the reaction of each one and to justify why each one of them went through a different recovery period.
