dc.description.abstractA passive polyphase filter for GALILEO receivers has been designed, fabricated and characterized. I, Q, IB and QB input signals are needed to obtain the filtered output signals, Io, Qo, Ibo and QBo. This filter has been designed to reject the image signal that appears in Low-IF systems which can cause interference. As a compact and lightweight design is needed for portable receivers, the device occupies an approximate area of 0.25 mm2. The attenuation in the undesired band is higher than 20 dB. Therefore, the filter satisfies the rejection requirement in the image band and makes the signal reception possible.es_ES
