abstract = {Niños y niñas pasan mucho tiempo en la escuela relacionándose con los docentes. El alumnado no sólo aprende los contenidos que intencionadamente el equipo docente les transmite, sino que también adquieren hábitos y formas de expresarse de sus maestras y maestros. Por esta razón, es muy importante que las personas que trabajan en la docencia transmitan un lenguaje no sexista a las niñas y niños, para que de forma natural aprendan a hablar en igualdad. Debemos ser conscientes de que desde la escuela se puede fomentar la igualdad, por lo que hay que cuidar el lenguaje y las propuestas educativas que se llevan a cabo en el aula.},
