abstract = {RESUMEN: Actualmente existe una amplia variedad de sistemas ERPs en el mercado que han sido implementados en empresas de diferentes ámbitos; estas implementaciones llevan costes implícitos (financieros, de recursos humanos, etc.) que se espera que sean retribuidos una vez que el sistema sea implementado dentro de la empresa. Este trabajo pretende realizar el estudio y diseño de un sistema de evaluación post-implementación para un sistema ERP; enfocado a diferentes stakeholders dentro de una organización.
Hoy en día existen diferentes fuentes y autores que ayudan a los directivos en el proceso de selección y también en el proceso de implementación; pero muy pocos que han realizado evaluaciones post-implementación para medir la efectividad del mismo. Este trabajo contiene el estudio y diseño de un sistema de evaluación que podrá ayudar a identificar las áreas en las cuales se pueden realizar mejoras para que el sistema ERP ya implementado en la empresa pueda ser aprovechado al máximo y obtener los beneficios de la inversión ya realizada.
La definición de los criterios e indicadores de evaluación se realizó tomando como referencia el marco de trabajo de COBIT (Objetivos de Control para la información y la tecnología); en específico del dominio Monitorear y Evaluar.},
abstract = {ABSTRACT: Nowadays there are huge types of ERP systems in the business, which they have been put into work in a lot of different types of environments, these implementations have in their own several values: monetary, human resources, wise time, etc. Which expect, to be paid back, once the system start to work in the organization. This work is the study and the design of one post-implementation evaluation system into an ERP, orientated into different stakeholders from one organization.
There is a huge amount of bibliography and different authors, who help the executives in the selection process and also in the implementation process; but a few of them, have worked with a post-implementation evaluation system, in order to measure the effectiveness of the ERP system. This work is the study and the design of one evaluation system, which will help to identify the areas that can be improved and to ensure the ERP system is useful for the organization and ensure the benefits of the investment.
The evaluation criteria and the evaluation indicators were defined taking COBIT (Control Objectives for Information and related Technology) as a reference, in particular the domain Monitor and Evaluate.},
