dc.description.abstractRESUMEN: El objeto de este trabajo es exponer las modificaciones y novedades de la nueva Ley 3/2014 que modifica el Texto Refundido de la Ley General para la Defensa de los consumidores y usuarios y otras Leyes complementarias, en adelante TRLGDCU, aprobado por el Real Decreto-Legislativo 1/2007, del 16 de noviembre y en especial se hará referencia a la controvertida materia del régimen de ejercicio del derecho de desistimiento.es_ES
