Modificaciones relevantes al TRLGDCU por la Ley 3/2014 y en especial el derecho de desistimiento

Abstract

RESUMEN: El objeto de este trabajo es exponer las modificaciones y novedades de la nueva Ley 3/2014 que modifica el Texto Refundido de la Ley General para la Defensa de los consumidores y usuarios y otras Leyes complementarias, en adelante TRLGDCU, aprobado por el Real Decreto-Legislativo 1/2007, del 16 de noviembre y en especial se hará referencia a la controvertida materia del régimen de ejercicio del derecho de desistimiento.

ABSTRACT: The purpose of this work is to present the changes and developments of the new Law 3/2014 amending the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of consumers and users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1 / 2007 of November 16 and in particular reference to the controversial matter of the regime of exercising the right of withdrawal will be made.
