RESUMEN: En una época de cambio como en la que vivimos, caracterizada por el empleo de la tecnología, es fundamental estudiar cómo ha evolucionado el trabajo para entender qué está sucediendo y poder predecir el futuro. La influencia de la tecnología y la flexibilidad ha derivado en nuevas estructuras de trabajo entre las que destacaremos y otorgaremos un gran protagonismo al teletrabajo. Antes de analizar esta forma de trabajo es necesario tener claros los aspectos fundamentales que define a las organizaciones, por ser en ellas donde se va a implementar este sistema.
ABSTRACT: In a time of change as we live, characterized by the use of technology, it is essential to study how work has developed to understand what is happening and predict the future. The influence of technology and flexibility has created new working structures among which highlight and give a great role to telework. Before analyse this form of work it is necessary to be clear about the fundamental aspects defining organizations, being in them where they will implement this system.
