Sistema para gestionar las citas de pacientes de una clínica de rehabilitación traumatológica.

Abstract

RESUMEN: Actualmente muchas clínicas ofrecen un servicio para transportar a sus pacientes desde su domicilio hasta la clínica y viceversa. Esto está especialmente pensado para aquellos pacientes con problemas de movilidad o aquellos pacientes que lo puedan necesitar para su comodidad, como las personas mayores o mujeres embarazadas. Muchas de las clínicas se deben hacer cargo con sus propios medios del transporte diario de los pacientes, lo que supone una gran cantidad de dinero. Por ello, se deberá minimizar el recorrido que realizan los vehículos, aprovechando la capacidad de los vehículos transportando a varios pacientes a la vez. Para solucionar este problema, a lo largo de este proyecto se ha realizado un sistema web en el cual se gestionan las citas de los pacientes. Los pacientes se registrarán en el sistema e introducirán sus datos personales. A continuación, cuando un médico los reciba en consulta, introducirá mediante un formulario la patología del paciente y asignará una fecha de consulta para el tratamiento por parte del correspondiente especialista. El sistema se encargará automáticamente de calcular rutas eficientes que deben seguir los vehículos. Esta ruta podrá ser consultada por los conductores, que podrán ver la ruta dibujada en un mapa con las indicaciones necesarias.

ABSTRACT: Nowadays, many health centres are offering their patients a service that takes them from home to the clinic and vice versa. This is specially designed for those patients with mobility problems or those who may need it for their comfort, such as the elderly or pregnant women. Most of the clinics must manage the transportation of patients on their own, which means a lot of money. Therefore, the route of the vehicles must be optimized, taking advantage of the capacity of the vehicles, transporting several patients simultaneously. To solve this problem, in this project we have created a website to manage to manage patient’s appointments. Patients sign up in the website and introduce their personal data. Then, after consulting the patient, a doctor can fill in a form with the patient’s pathology and assign an appointment date for the patient to be treated by the appropriate specialist. This system will automatically calculate efficient routes for the vehicles. This route can be consulted by the drivers, who can also see this route drawn on a map with the necessary information.
