RESUMEN: El presente trabajo pretende hacer una revisión del conocimiento científico planteado hasta el momento en relación a la felicidad y su relación con el bienestar individual y social. Como ha demostrado la psicología positiva, las emociones positivas aportan múltiples beneficios en la vida de las personas y fomentan el bienestar personal y la felicidad. Por ello, en las páginas de este trabajo se proponen una serie de actividades educativas que tratan la educación emocional, concretamente trabajando a través de las emociones positivas, como una herramienta para fomentar la felicidad dentro del contexto escolar. La propuesta pedagógica va destinada a Educación Infantil por tratarse de una etapa crucial en la que hábitos, actitudes, valores y habilidades comienzan a forjarse.
ABSTRACT: This work pretends to do a review of the existent scientific knowledge until the actuality of the relation between happiness and the individual and social well-being. Positive psychology has demonstrated that positive emotions provides multiple benefits in the life of persons and fosters their well-being and happiness. For these reasons, in this work are proposed a series of educational activities which works the emotional education. The activities are, specifically, focused on the positive emotions as a tool to foment the happiness in schools. The pedagogic proposal is intended to Kindergarten because it is a crucial stage in which habits, attitudes, values and abilities starts to forge.
