Resumen/Abstract
ABSTRACT This Final Degree Project is focused on apply the use of oral sources in a concrete space and scope, the territory of Tezanos, that belongs to the township of Villacarriedo.
The election of both population centers is justified because it consists in a typical area characterized by the presence of livestock farming and pastoral spaces, which system has based traditionally on beef cattle for the production of butter and cheese because the cattle produces milk with high fat content.
The aim of the study is an approximately experience on the territory analysis through the technique of the survey explaining the method in the ambit of Geography and applying it to livestock farming. In this aspect, we will try to understand the characteristics of the farm, the actual problems and the future expectations.
Firstly, this project includes the evolution of this sources in Geography and a variety of studies in some different areas inside this science.
Secondly, there is a contextualization of the area of study, showing the geographic, social and economic characteristics of Tezanos.
Then, it includes an explanation and justification about this method. We also explain each step we follow in the process of making this survey and, after that, it continues with the analysis of the information I extract from the survey.
Finally, the conclusion it’s a meditation about the viability of the method and some improvements that I’d carry out in the survey and the method if I had to this project again.
