Implementación de sistemas domóticos en un aula docente de la Universidad de Cantabria

Abstract

RESUMEN: El objetivo del estudio es mejorar la calidad de la actividad desempeñada por los estudiantes de un centro universitario, en este caso un aula de la Universidad de Cantabria, mediante la implementación y automatización de sistemas domóticos e inmóticos, y a su vez optimizar los recursos energéticos de dicho centro. En la investigación se utilizarán componentes del sistema europeo KNX (Konnex) así como su software ETS; donde se analizará con detalle los diferentes ámbitos en los que se pueda reducir el consumo energético y a su vez prestar un servicio adecuado para la tarea específica requerida. Especialmente, se incidirá en el control de la iluminación, puesto que en la mayoría de los casos es donde más se puede reducir el gasto, aunque también se tratará temas de climatización, comunicaciones, seguridad y alguna creación de escenas. En el proyecto también se estudiará el ahorro de energía respecto al tema económico y el tiempo estimado para la amortización de dicha instalación.

ABSTRACT: The aim of the study is the improvement of the quality of the activity carried out by students of a university, specially a classroom at the University of Cantabria, by installing and automating of home-automation and building-automation systems, and in turn they optimize the energy resources of the center. In the research I will install components of the European KNX (Konnex) and its ETS software, where it was analysed in detail the different areas where these devices can reduce energy consumption and in turn they provide suitable service for the specific task required. Especially, they have power over the lighting control, since in most cases it is where they can reduce spending, although issues of climate, communications, security and creating some scenes will also be discussed. In the project it was studied the energy saving regarding the economic issue and the estimated time to recover that installation price.
