Inclusión de un diagrama de detalle anexo al Certificado IOPP

Abstract

Resumen: Este Trabajo Fin de Grado, titulado “INCLUSIÓN DE UN DIAGRAMA DE DETALLE ANEXO AL CERTIFICADO IOPP” es un trabajo académico que versa sobre el análisis de la legislación actual relacionada con los sistemas de eliminación de sentinas a bordo y lodos. Está basado en las inspecciones MARPOL realizadas en un puerto español durante dos años. Este trabajo propone mejoras en la gestión de los mismos de manera eficaz, depurando con ello posibles errores o desviaciones de la norma que pudieran producir transgresión al convenio MARPOL y facilita la labor del personal a bordo en este ámbito, demostrando que la inclusión de planimetría de detalle en el certificado es un avance a considerar.

Abstract: This Degree Final Project entitled "INCLUSION OF A DETAIL DIAGRAM ATTACHED TO THE IOPP CERTIFICATE" is a scholarly work dealing with the analysis of the current legislation related to disposal systems of bilges on board and sludge. Grounded on inspections conducted in a Spanish port for two years. This paper proposes effective improvements in their management, debugging thereby possible errors or deviations from the norm that could produce infringements of the MARPOL Convention and facilitate the work of the personnel on board in this field, proving that the inclusion of detailed drawing in the certificate is a step to consider.
