RESUMEN El objeto del presente trabajo ha sido el realizar una aproximación a las actitudes docentes. Para ello, se recoge la visión que tanto el profesorado, como el alumnado y el orientador de un centro de Educación Secundaria poseen sobre las actitudes que los docentes debieran manifestar en las aulas y que orientan los procesos de enseñanza-aprendizaje que en estas acontecen.
El estudio presenta un enfoque cuantitativo, utilizando el cuestionario para recoger la perspectiva de los tres agentes informantes realizándose, en el análisis de los resultados, una triangulación de la información obtenida.
Los resultados que se desprenden del análisis ponen de manifiesto que a pesar de algunas discrepancias, en la mayoría de los casos existe una coincidencia notable entre las perspectivas ofrecidas por los agentes implicados.
ABSTRACT The purpose of this work was to make an approach to teaching attitudes. To do this, the vision that both faculty and students and guiding a secondary school education have on attitudes that teachers should manifest in classrooms and guiding the teaching-learning in these occur is collected.
The study presents a quantitative approach, using the questionnaire to collect the perspective of the three reporting agents carried in the analysis of the results, a triangulation of the information obtained.
The results from the analysis show that despite some discrepancies, in most cases there is a remarkable coincidence between the perspectives offered by stakeholders.
