La importancia del entorno y el factor humano en la educación

Abstract

RESUMEN Los centros de educación formal no son organizaciones aisladas de su entorno, sino que están en constante contacto con él y se ven influidos por el mismo. Además, las personas que trabajan en estos centros y que de una u otra forma están relacionadas con él también afectan y son afectadas por el mismo. A lo largo de este trabajo desarrollaré los aspectos del entorno de un centro educativo que más influyen en el mismo, en su forma de educar y en la calidad de la educación que imparten. Posteriormente explicaré cómo influyen y son influidas las personas del entorno del centro educativo centrándome especialmente en el grupo más importante dentro del mismo: el alumnado. Finalmente analizaré diferentes películas relacionadas con la educación formal donde se puedan apreciar diferentes entornos educativos.

ABSTRACT Formal education centers are not organizations isolated from their environment, but are in constant contact with it and they are also get influenced by it. Moreover, people who work in these educational centers and that are related to them are also affected and affect them. Throughout this project, I will develop the different aspects of a school environment that influence it, the way they teach and the quality of the education they impart. Then I will explain how people related to school are influenced and how they influence it. I will focus specially in the most important group in education: the pupils. Finally, I will analyze different movies related to formal education where we can appreciate different educational environments.
