La infantilización en los materiales curriculares de educación infantil: análisis de un proyecto editorial.

Abstract

RESUMEN: El presente Trabajo de Fin de Grado tiene el propósito de llevar a cabo un análisis crítico-reflexivo del material curricular “Daniel y los Diversónicos” para 4 y 5 años de Educación Infantil, y detectar, si existen, aquellos aspectos que son propios del sesgo infantilizador. Para ello, me voy a centrar en el estudio de diversas dimensiones o aspectos que son susceptibles de contener elementos que simplifican o deforman la realidad hasta presentar un tratamiento de ésta distorsionada e irreal. Tras realizar el registro de información a través de la plantilla elaborada para dicho estudio, se obtienen unas conclusiones en relación a los ítems seleccionados. De los resultados obtenidos, de forma general se concluye que los materiales editoriales contienen una importante cantidad de elementos que infantilizan y edulcoran la información que se transmite a los niños acerca del mundo en el que viven. Sustituyendo la realidad más próxima por dibujos, escenarios amables y personajes de fantasía, se rehúye el mostrar a los niños las diferentes problemáticas sociales del mundo del que forman parte.

ABSTRACT: This Final Degree Project intends to carry out a critical-reflective analysis of curricular material "Daniel and Diversónicos" for 4 and 5 years of early childhood education, and detect those aspects that are characteristic of bias infantilizing. To do this, I will focus on the study of several dimensions or aspects that are likely to contain elements that simplify or distort reality to present a treatment of this distorted and unrealistic. After performing the recording of information through the template developed for this study, conclusions are obtained in relation to the selected items. From the results, generally it concluded that editorial materials contain a large amount of elements that infantalize and sweeten the information that is transmitted to children about the world in which they live. Substituting the nearest reality drawings, kind fantasy scenarios and characters are shuns to show children the different social problems of the world which they are part.
