La importancia del sector agrario en la modernización económica española (1780-1914)

Abstract

ABSTRACT It is true that the Spanish economy of the late eighteenth century and the nineteenth century is characterized as a failure? What responsibility does the agricultural sector in that ruling in case there? These are the questions we try to answer in this little work, differentiating between the three historiographical trends described above in the introduction for their contributions and conclusions. In addition, emphasis will be placed on factors such as agricultural productivity, technological development and regional benchmarking in a heterogeneous Spain was not able to take advantage of their natural assets.
