Comparativa LOE‐ LOMCE y cómo afecta al currículum y al alumnado con necesidades educativas especiales

Abstract

RESUMEN: El objetivo de este trabajo de fin de grado es realizar una comparación entre las dos últimas leyes españolas de educación, Ley Orgánica de Educación y Ley Orgánica para la Mejora de la Calidad Educativa y analizar el impacto de la nueva ley educativa en el sistema educativo español. Se tendrá muy en cuenta el cómo afectan estos cambios al currículo y al alumnado con necesidades educativas especiales. Para ello se ha desarrollado un proceso de investigación mediante la visualización de entrevistas y análisis de distintos textos, para posteriormente analizar sus valoraciones sobre los cambios más importantes de esta reforma. Así pues, contaremos con opiniones del profesorado, sindicatos, pedagogos y otro tipo de agentes educativos. Para finalizar, se incluirá un apartado de conclusiones, donde se realizará una síntesis de los resultados obtenidos, así como de valoraciones finales.

ABSTRACT: The objective of this dissertation is to make a comparation between the Spanish two latest education laws, Ley Orgánica de Educación and Ley Orgánica para la Mejora de la Calidad Educativa, and study the impacts produced in the educational system by the implementation of the new educational law. It will be taken into account how this changes affects to the curriculum and to the special educational needs students. For this objective it has been carried out a research process through watching interviews and analyzing different texts, and thenanalyze their assessments of the most important changes of this reform. So, we will have views of teachers, unions, pedagogues and other educators. To finish, it will be included a section of conclusion, which summarizes the obtained results, as well as final judgments.
