RESUMEN: En nuestra sociedad, hoy en día, el emprendimiento es un concepto clave, estrechamente relacionado con la creatividad y también con el autoempleo.
El objetivo de este Trabajo Fin de Grado es el estudio del desarrollo e implantación de la competencia básica de sentido de iniciativa y espíritu emprendedor en todas las etapas del sistema educativo español, centrándonos en los itinerarios que se marcan con la nueva ley y asignaturas tales como Cultura Emprendedora e Iniciación a la Actividad Emprendedora y Empresarial.
Para ello, se ha realizado un análisis de la evolución que ha tenido dicha competencia en las leyes del sistema educativo (LOE, LOMCE principalmente), no olvidando que es un concepto del que ya se venía hablando desde hace años en el ámbito europeo y que hacía referencia a enseñar la competencia clave de aprender a emprender.
Así mismo, con objeto de realizar la evaluación del estado de implantación e impulso que se está dando al emprendimiento empresarial en el Sistema Educativo Español, se ha decidido realizar una encuesta a alumnos de los distintos niveles educativos que cursan sus estudios en centros de enseñanza pública y concertada de la Comunidad Autónoma de Cantabria, concretamente se ha encuestado a alumnos del segundo ciclo de la ESO, Formación Profesional tanto de Grado Medio como de Grado Superior, de distintas ramas profesionales, así como de primer curso de Bachillerato.
Se puede apreciar que hay un incremento de centros que están impulsando e impartiendo asignaturas que promueven la visión empresarial y cada vez son más los alumnos que ven el emprendimiento como una salida para su futuro laboral.
Concretamente, en esta región en el próximo curso académico 2015-2016 se va a impartir en diversos centros la asignatura optativa de Iniciación a la Actividad Emprendedora y Empresarial, como asignatura optativa para los alumnos que cursen tercero de la ESO, y como asignatura obligatoria para aquellos alumnos que en cuarto de la ESO se decanten por un itinerario profesional.
ABSTRACT: The entrepreneurship has became a key word today in our society and its concept being closely related to creativity, and also to self-employment.
In this final Project, we will study the development and the path of implementation of the basic competence of initiativity and entrepreneurship or venture spirit, in all the stages of the Spanish educational system.
Mainly focusing on itineraries that are stated in the new law and the courses such as Corporate Culture and Introduction to Entrepreneurship. To do so, it has analyzed the evolution of such competence in the law of the educational system (mainly, LOE and LOMCE), not forgetting that it is a concept that had already been talking for years and being refered to teach key competence of learning to undertake.
Likewise, in order to evaluate the status of implementation and stimulation being given to the entrepreneurship in the Spanish educational system, a survey was conducted among the students of different educational levels in both public educational institutions and private educational institutions financed by the Autonomy Government of Cantabria. To be specific, the students in the second year of ESO, the intermediate and Superior level of vocational school and the first year of Bachelor degree were surveyed.
It shows that there is an increase number of institutions that are moving forward and giving courses that promote the spirit and the vision of entrepreneur and everytime there are more students who consider becoming an entrepreneur as there future.
In this region, various educational institutions are offering Introduction to Entrepreneurship as an optional class in this academic year of 2015 to 2016. Though the class will be obliged in the fourth year of ESO for those who choose to pursue the path for becoming an entrepreneur.
