Etude d´un duplexeur 13GHz en technologie guide d´onde avec controle des reponses harmoniques

Abstract

ABSTRACT: This study deals with the design of 13 GHz filters using rectangular wave guide technology. Filters of this kind already exist, and the aim here is to increase out-of-band rejection up to the second harmonic. These filters are intended at creating duplexers integrated to full duplex point-topoint microwave links, which are then going to be industrialized. This report is a synthetic study of resonant modes, the filter and the duplexer, for which simulations have been carried out thanks to MicroWave Wizard and HFFS, and which is based on the measurements of the designed filters.

RESUMEN: Estudio sobre el diseño de filtros de 13GHz en tecnología de guía de onda rectangular. Se trata de mejorar los filtros existentes mediante el rechazo fuera de banda del segundo harmónico y la reduccion de los costes. La finalidad de los filtros es crear un duplexor que se integrará en un sistema de transmisión punto a punto full duplex, que será comercializado. Esta memoria es una síntesis del estudio de los modos resonantes, de los filtros y del duplexor, basado en simulaciones efectuadas con MicroWave Wizard y HFFS y en las medidas efectuadas de los filtros diseñados.
