Problemática del sector de la energía: la seguridad del suministro energético

Abstract

RESUMEN: Con la elaboración de este trabajo nos hemos propuesto conocer los problemas que presenta el sector energético en Europa y España, para lo cual hemos examinado toda la normativa europea y española relativa con la energía, para terminar estudiando como una empresa del sector, en concreto E.On España, hace frente a los objetivos que se le plantean en materia energética, y concretamente, qué está haciendo para cumplir con el objetivo de garantizar la seguridad del suministro. Después de toda la información analizada, hemos comprobado que la compañía cumple la normativa exigida, anticipándose en muchas ocasiones a los plazos exigidos, sirviendo como ejemplo la campaña de contadores electrónicos, en los que ha resultado pionera dentro del sector, adelantándose con mucho a la fecha límite legal para gestionar dicho cambio. Pero no se conforma con eso, sino que va más allá. Se ha comprometido a garantizar el suministro y lo consigue, con calidad, continuidad, cuidando del medio ambiente y ofreciendo precios competitivos. La compañía busca la mejora continua para atender con flexibilidad y rapidez a los cambios del mercado, y proporcionar un servicio a sus clientes, seguro y de calidad.

ABSTRACT: The main goal of this work is to know the problems of the energy sector, analyzing the specific situation in Europe and Spain. To do so, firstly we have checked the European and Spanish Energy Regulatory Framework. Secondly, we have focused on the analysis of a case study. More specifically the company selected for the analysis is E.On Spain. In this sense, we analyse the main questions related to energy matters, and specifically, what they are doing to achieve the objective of ensuring security of supply. After all the data analysed, we found that the company meets the required standards, anticipating in many cases the required deadlines, serving as an example the campaign of smart meters, which has proved a pioneer in the sector, far ahead the legal deadline to manage this change. But not happy with that, E.On Spain goes further. They are committed to ensure the supply and succeed with quality, continuity, taking care of the environment and offering competitive prices. The company seeks continuous improvement to respond in a flexible and quick way to market changes, providing its customers a safe and quality service.
