La importancia de hablar en igualdad

Abstract

Niños y niñas pasan mucho tiempo en la escuela relacionándose con los docentes. El alumnado no sólo aprende los contenidos que intencionadamente el equipo docente les transmite, sino que también adquieren hábitos y formas de expresarse de sus maestras y maestros. Por esta razón, es muy importante que las personas que trabajan en la docencia transmitan un lenguaje no sexista a las niñas y niños, para que de forma natural aprendan a hablar en igualdad. Debemos ser conscientes de que desde la escuela se puede fomentar la igualdad, por lo que hay que cuidar el lenguaje y las propuestas educativas que se llevan a cabo en el aula.

ABSTRACT Children spend a long time at school interacting with their teachers. Students not only learn the contents that teachers transmit intentionally, but also get habits and forms of expressions from them. For this reason, it is very important that people who work in teaching transmit non-sexist language to students. In this way, children learn to speak on equal. We must be aware of the importance of the school in equality promotion. Because of this, we have to care our language and the educational proposals that we do in the classroom.
