Una propuesta para trabajar el currículum oculto en los centros educativos

Abstract

RESUMEN Mediante este trabajo se pretende hacer una aproximación conceptual sobre el currículum oculto en las aulas, además de proporcionar una propuesta de mejora para que los maestros lleven a cabo en los centros educativos. No se trata de realizar un análisis exhaustivo sobre la idea de currículum oculto, pero sí se intentará definir el concepto y enmarcar la significación del mismo en la educación formal, desde donde se encuadra el presente estudio. Se analizarán sus características a partir de las ideas y estudios realizados por distintos autores y a partir del análisis descrito, se presentará un proyecto para desarrollar buenas prácticas sobre el mismo. Finalmente, se expondrán las conclusiones analizando los objetivos formulados, destacando los logros y las limitaciones así como las nuevas vías para continuar investigando acerca del tema.

ABSTRACT Through this work we will make a conceptual approach on the hidden curriculum in classroom, and we will also provide a proposal for improvement for teachers carrying out in schools. It is not an exhaustive analysis of the notion of hidden curriculum, but we will try to define the concept and frame the significance of it in formal education, where this study fits. We will analyse its characteristics from the ideas and studies given by different authors and from the analysis described we will present a project to develop the best practices on it. Finally, conclusions will be presented by analyzing the stated objectives, highlighting the achievements and limitations as well as new avenues for further research on the subject.
