La utilización del ordenador por los/as niños/as de Educación Primaria en un Centro Educativo de Cantabria

Abstract

RESUMEN: Todos los medios de comunicación, pero sobre todo las TIC, han supuesto que aparezca en la sociedad, la necesidad por cambiar los métodos tradicionales de enseñanza. Estos nuevos métodos cambian de forma notable la educación actual, ya que tiene como finalidad que todos los seres humanos, sean capaces de vivir y formar parte de una sociedad digital. Por ello, desde este trabajo se plantea un trabajo de investigación para probar si las TICs se han introducido de una forma idónea en los centros educativos, integrándolas en los distintos procesos de Enseñanza/Aprendizaje. La investigación que se va a realizar es mixta, ya que se emplean técnicas cuantitativas, como es un cuestionario de preguntas cerradas y técnicas cualitativas, como es una entrevista a la coordinadora TIC del centro. Ambos métodos me ayudarán a interpretar los resultados de una forma más completa. Es decir, con el presente trabajo de Fin de Grado trato de identificar los factores que inciden sobre un aspecto tan vigente en nuestra realidad como es el uso del ordenador e Internet, su influencia, su funcionamiento, así como conocer los recursos e intereses, carencias y necesidades en un centro educativo de la Comunidad de Cantabria.

ABSTRACT: All media, but especially ICT, have meant to appear the need to change traditional teaching methods in society. These new methods significantly change the current education, because their aim is that all human beings are able to live and be part of a digital society. Therefore, from this work it is considered a research to prove whether ICTs have been introduced in a suitable way in schools, integrating the different processes of teaching / learning. The research that will be done is mixed. Quantitative techniques are used, such as a questionnaire of closed questions. Qualitative techniques are also carried out, for instance in an interview with the ICT coordinator of the center. Both methods help me to interpret the results in a more complete way. Thus, with this End of Grade work, I try to identify the factors that influence such a force in our reality as is the use of computers and the Internet, its influence, its performance aspect and know the resources and interests, gaps and needs in a school of the Community of Cantabria.
