Creando arte: secuencia didáctica para el Museo de Arte Moderno y Contemporáneo de Santander y Cantabria (MAS)

Abstract

RESUMEN En el presente trabajo se abordará el arte en relación con la Educación Infantil, así como el planteamiento de una secuencia didáctica para llevar a cabo una serie de actividades en relación con una salida didáctica al Museo de Arte Moderno y Contemporáneo de Santander (MAS). Primeramente, se realizará un resumen de la teoría en relación con el arte y la expresión plástica en la infancia, que se centrará en las características plásticas de los infantes que se encuentran la etapa pre-esquemática. Más tarde, se mostrarán las principales características y evolución histórica del MAS. También se expondrá una relación de las obras artísticas del museo que se trabajarán con los niños. El siguiente punto será la secuencia didáctica, que estará especialmente orientada a un grupo de niños de 5 años. Las actividades se dividirán en tres etapas: las previas a la visita al MAS, las realizadas durante la misma y las que tendrán lugar posteriormente. Finalmente, se mostrarán y analizarán los resultados de la puesta en práctica con dos niños de la primera de las etapas de la secuencia didáctica, es decir, la previa a la visita al museo.

ABSTRACT In the present paper, the art in relation to early childhood education will be discussed as well as the approach to a teaching sequence to accomplish a series of activities in connection with a didactic outing to the Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art of Santander (MAS). First, a summary of the theory in relation to art and plastic expression in childhood will be held, it will focus on the plastic characteristics of infants who are in the pre-schematic stage. Later, the main characteristics and historical evolution of the MAS will be shown. A list of the artistic works of the museum that children will work with will be also displayed. The next point will be the teaching sequence, which will be particularly aimed for a group of children 5 years old. Activities will be divided into three stages: pre-visit to the MAS, those made during it and which will take place later. Finally, the results of the implementation of the first stage of the teaching sequence (prior to the visit to the museum) with two children will be displayed and analyzed.
