Educación emprendedora en la formación profesional

Abstract

RESUMEN: Este proyecto se centra en la educación emprendedora en la etapa de la formación profesional, en concreto se analiza el estado actual de la asignatura “Empresa e Iniciativa Emprendedora” y el grado de dedicación en las horas lectivas, a la impartición de conocimientos teóricos o al fomento de la creatividad en esta materia, como herramienta que potencia el emprendimiento en los centros de Educación de Formación Profesional en la Comunidad Autónoma de Cantabria. Para el analisis de estos datos se ha tomado como referencia al personal docente que imparte la asignatura objeto de estudio en 46 Centros en Cantabria, debido a que en algunos Centros esta asignatura, por su carácter novedoso aun no está implantada algunos de los docentes que han participado en el estudio son los responsables de la impartición de la asignatura de Formación y Orientación Laboral. A estos profesionales se les ha facilitado un cuestionario. Analizando los resultados se refleja una visión alentadora en torno a la implantación de esta asignatura. Y una valoración altísima en cuanto a la importancia del fomento de la creatividad para que esta asignatura de los frutos y resultados esperados.

ABSTRACT: This project examines the current state of the subject "Business and Entrepreneurship" and the teaching hours dedicated to theoretical knowledge and to the promotion of creativity in this area, as a tool that enhances entrepreneurship at the Centres of Vocational Education in Cantabria, Spain. For the analysis of this data, the teachers of the subject under study of 46 centers from Cantabria have been taken as a reference. Due to the fact that in some centers this subject has not been implemented yet, some of the teachers that participated in the present study are the responsibles of the training and career guidance, and in the near future they will be responsible for teaching “Business and Entrepreneurship”. Analyzing the results of the questionnaires, an encouraging vision regarding the implementation of the subject Business and Entrepreneurship is reflected. In general, the European regulations are successfully fulfilled at the centers of Cantabria. We have also observed a very high variation in terms of the importance of encouraging creativity in order to achieve the expected results from the implantation of this subject.
