Nave industrial en el polígono Tanos-Viérnoles

Abstract

RESUMEN: El presente proyecto de Edificación con título “Nave Industrial en el Polígono de Tanos Viérnoles” elaborado por el alumno de Grado en Ingeniería Civil Pablo Carrión Mantilla y dirigido por el profesor Jose Ramón Ibañez del Río, se presenta a la convocatoria de Junio del año 2015. Debido a la ausencia de industrias relacionadas con la fabricación y el montaje de estructuras metálicas y aprovechando las ventajas que ofrece el Polígono Industrial de Tanos-Viérnoles, sobretodo en cuanto a su situación, se decide promover la elaboración del presente proyecto. En este, se plantea la construcción de un recinto industrial, con las respectivas zonas de aparcamiento, pesaje y circulación de vehículos, además de una nave donde se desarrollará la actividad industrial, realizada mediante estructura metálica. El proyecto se centrará en el cálculo estructural y constructivo, contando con un equipo de Ingenieros Industriales encargado de realizar un proyecto acerca de las instalaciones. La nave tendrá una altura total de 9 m, una luz de 20 m y un largo de 30m. La cimentación estará formada por zapatas aisladas, excéntricas en medianería, unidas por vigas riostras. Las uniones serán soldadas en taller para una mayor seguridad. Dicho proyecto tendrá un Presupuesto de Ejecución material de 412.088,07€. El Presupuesto Base de Licitación, sumando un 13% de Gastos Generales, un 6% de Beneficio Industrial y un 21% de I.V.A., alcanzará un total de 593.365,61€.

ABSTRACT: This project entitled “Warehouse in Tanos-Viernoles Industrial Park” has been written by Pablo Carrión Mantilla, a student degree of Civil Engineering, and directed by Jose Ramón Ibañez del Río, it is presented for June 2015. Due to the absence of industries related to the manufacture and assembly of metal structures, and taking advantage of the possibilities that the industrial park offers, especially on account of its location, it has been decided to promote the development of this project. The construction of an industrial complex is to be considered, with the corresponding parking, weighing and vehicle traffic areas, and also a warehouse made of a steel structure, in which the industrial activity will be carried out. The project will concentrate on the structural and constructive calculations, with a team of industrial engineers in charge of elaborating another project regarding the installations. The warehouse’s dimensions will be 9 meters height, 20 meters width and 30 meters length. The foundation will be based on isolated footings, eccentric ones in the boundary with the adjacent piece of ground, linked by tie beams. The joints between the steel beams will be carried out by means of welded joints. These welded joints will be constructed in a workshop in order to get a more safety result. This project will have a material execution budget of 412,088.07€. The tender budget adding 13% overheads, 6% industrial profit and 21% VAT, reaching a total of 593,365.61€.
