Grupos interactivos: una práctica innovadora e inclusiva

Abstract

RESUMEN: Los grupos interactivos son una práctica educativa que se basa en el aprendizaje dialógico mediante la interacción entre el alumnado. El presente documento pretende dar a conocer los grupos interactivos como una práctica innovadora favorecedora de la inclusión educativa, al procurar dar respuesta educativa a todo el alumnado, a través de la interacción entre ellos/as. Además, realizo una investigación analizando un ejemplo real llevado a cabo en un centro educativo de Cantabria que trabaja con grupos interactivos para ver de qué manera favorecen la inclusión educativa, teniendo en cuenta la visión que tienen todas las personas implicadas en el proceso (alumnado, profesorado, voluntariado y dirección). El trabajo permite concluir que los grupos interactivos constituyen una práctica innovadora e inclusiva que debería extenderse a más centros.

ABSTRACT: Interactive groups are an educational practice based on dialogic learning through interaction among students. This paper seeks to highlight the interactive groups as a favorable innovative practice of inclusive education, to ensure educational response to all students, through the interaction between them. In addition, we perform research analyzing a real example carried out in a school in Cantabria working with interactive groups to see how they promote educational inclusion, considering the vision that all persons involved in the process (students, teachers, volunteers and managers). The work supports the conclusion that the interactive group as an innovative and inclusive practice that should be extended to more schools.
