El aeropuerto de Santander como una gran infraestructura en Cantabria

Abstract

RESUMEN: El TFG que a continuación se va a exponer trata sobre el Aeropuerto de Santander como una gran infraestructura. En él se realiza, en primer lugar, una exposición sobre las diferentes etapas por las que ha pasado a lo largo de su historia. A continuación, se hace una descripción de las diferentes divisiones y zonas aeroportuarias en que se puede estructurar el aeropuerto. En cuanto al gestor del aeropuerto, que es Aena, una descripción de su estructura y de las diferentes áreas funcionales, junto con una exposición sobre el organigrama a nivel general de Aena tras el proceso de privatización. Un análisis teórico-descriptivo a nivel estratégico sobre los diferentes grupos de interés, las actividades que dan valor al aeropuerto y su relación entre ellos. Además se realiza un análisis de los aeropuertos que son competencia directa con el Aeropuerto de Santander en función de diferentes factores, y un análisis comparativo entre dichos aeropuertos y el tren a través de la ruta Santander-Madrid. El trabajo de campo consiste en la realización de varias entrevistas a personal directamente y de referencia en el Aeropuerto de Santander, y también personas externas, pero relacionadas con el mundo aeronáutico.

ABSTRACT: This dissertation is about Santander Airport as a tourism infrastructure. It focuses on the different stages that the airport has undergone throughout its history. The study describes the different divisions and airport areas in which the airport can be structured. As for the manager of the airport, "AENA", aspects such as its structure and the different functional areas together with an overall presentation of the flowchart of "AENA" after the privatization process will be analysed. Moreover, a theoretical-descriptive analysis at a strategic level on the different groups of interest, the activities that increase the value of the airport and the relationship among them will be also highlighted. In addition, this study seeks to observe the airports that are in direct competition with Santander Airport depending on different factors and to make a comparative analysis of those results with the train Santander - Madrid. The field research consists of conducting a number of interviews both with staff directly involved in the processes under study at Santander Airport and external personnel related to the aeronautics sector.
