Análisis económico-financiero del sector del turismo

Abstract

RESUMEN: El presente trabajo final de carrera va a consistir en la realización de un análisis tanto económico como financiero de una de las actividades más importantes que engloba el sector turístico cántabro para el periodo 2010 –2012 : La Restauración. La restauración, según el diccionario, es aquella rama de la hostelería que abarca el ámbito de la gastronomía y los restaurantes. Esta actividad turística es una de las que más peso tiene dentro del sector turismo cántabro ya que es la segunda que más ingresos genera después del alojamiento. Ésta afirmación se demostrara más adelante con datos reales. Para analizar esta actividad económica es necesario hacer un estudio de las cifras más representativas de la actividad restauradora en Cantabria: facturación, impacto económico, porcentaje que aporta al Producto Interior Bruto ( PIB cántabro )... Por otro lado, resulta de interés explicar cuáles han sido los factores de éxito que han hecho que la restauración regional sea un referente a nivel nacional. Ahora bien, entrando más en profundidad en el puro análisis económico –financiero realizaremos un estudio e interpretaremos las magnitudes más importantes para evaluar el desarrollo del sector objeto de estudio. Analizaremos las principales partidas del Balance de Situación, de la Cuenta de Resultados, la liquidez, la solvencia y el nivel de endeudamiento, además de las rentabilidades tanto económica como financiera. Para finalizar, plantearemos algunas ideas sobre lo que le deparara el futuro a la actividad de la restauración cántabra y realizaremos unas reflexiones finales destacando los resultados más relevantes que se han obtenido al llevar a cabo la investigación.

This assertion is further demonstrated with real data. To analyze this economic activity is necessary to make a study of the most representative figures of the restoration work in Cantabria: invoicing, economic impact, a percentage that gives the gross domestic product (GDP Cantabrian) ... Furthermore, it is interesting to explain what were the success factors that have made the regional restoration is a national reference level. Now, going more in depth in the pure economic analysis -financial to carry out a study and interpret the most important to evaluate the development of the subject matter field magnitudes. Analyze the main items of the balance sheet, the income statement, liquidity, solvency and debt levels, in addition to both economic performance and financial. Finally, we will raise some ideas about what the future held for the activity of the Cantabrian restoration and will make some concluding remarks highlighting the most relevant results that have been obtained to carry out the investigation.
