Simplificación de la burocracia a bordo de un ferry referente a las operaciones de carga y descarga

Abstract

The objective of this project is to show the great bureaucratic work held in the vessels and the need to apply the technology to improve the work on board, saving resources and contributing to environmental conservation. The Project is divided in 3 parts, in the first part, through an example with real documents involved in a loading and unloading operation, the large amount of bureaucracy is observed, and because it, the large amount of time spent on administrative task and documentaries. The second part, show some possible solutions to the problem like the unification of procedures or the application of new technologies in the work routine on board, such as the use of the PDA. Third part, the advantages and improvements from the use on board of a PDA are shown, compared to traditional methods, offering final conclusions.
