La evolución del trabajo y el empleo en el Estado del bienestar

Abstract

RESUMEN: Tanto el Trabajo y el Empleo como el Estado del Bienestar son temas de gran relevancia en la actualidad y en el pasado. Por ello, hemos querido utilizarlos como temas centrales en este Trabajo de Fin de Grado. Dada la importancia de estos términos en el ámbito sociológico hemos realizado un estudio de cómo han evolucionado estos conceptos desde sus orígenes hasta la actualidad y su influencia en la sociedad, a través del análisis de ciertos factores específicos en su evolución.

ABSTRACT: Both the Labor and Employment and the Welfare State are issues of great relevance today and in the past. Therefore, we wanted to use them as central themes in this Final Project Work. Given the importance of these terms in the sociological field we performed a study of how these concepts have evolved from its origins to the present and its influence on society, through the analysis of specific factors in its evolution.
