Calidad en el proceso de fisioterapia

Abstract

RESUMEN: En este proyecto ha sido importante analizar la gestión y organización de los programas TIC (Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación). Se hace referencia a TIC al hablar de todo el conjunto de tecnologías desarrolladas para gestionar información y enviarla de un lugar a otro, su uso abarca desde pequeños negocios hasta la organización gubernamental, incluyendo pues a la Seguridad Social. Y valiéndonos del estudio de estos programas obtenemos información sobre cómo está estructurada la historia clínica electrónica en un eje multidisciplinar, teniendo como objetivo central al paciente. Tras ello se constata la inexistencia de la integración de la fisioterapia en los registros de la historia clínica. La profesión cuenta con una indudable importancia en la salud del paciente, pero esta aportación apenas queda registrada. Y es importante reseñar lo necesario de su inclusión tanto por la mejora en la calidad del servicio prestado al paciente, como en cuanto a disponer de unos documentos de registro para ser utilizados en investigación, o incluso en temas de responsabilidad civil. Así, y por mediación de este TFG, la pretensión será mostrar un diseño nuevo de espacio de fisioterapia, para poder ser incluido en los actuales programas corporativos donde reside la actual historia clínica electrónica. Con todo ello, las mejoras que se obtendrán serán la mejora en la transmisión de la información no sólo entre los propios fisioterapeutas, sino que también el resto de staff podrá obtener información de nuestra labor de manera sencilla y continua.

ABSTRACT: In this project has been useful to analyze the management and the organization of the TIC programs. TIC is the join of several technologies developed to manage information and send them from one place to other, its use covers from small business to the governmental organization, including Social Security. Studying this programs we get information about how is structured the electronically medical history in a multidisciplinary axis, having as a central goal the patient. This shows the lack of integration of physiotherapist in the records of the medical history. This profession has an undoubted importance in the health of the patient, but this contribution hardly ever is recorded. And is very important to review the necessary of his inclusion, so for the improvement in the quality of the service given to the patient, as to have any register document for being used in investigation, o even in liability issues. And by this final project work, the idea is show a new design of the physiotherapy space, to be included in the current corporate programs, where is the electronically medical history. To sum up, one of the improvements that we will obtain is ease the way to send information not only between the physiotherapists, but also with the rest of the staff, who could have information of our work in a simple and continued way.
