dc.description.abstract | Nowadays the use of UWB (Ultra Wide-Band)
components is increasing in telecommunication systems, a great
deal of designers use them so as to simplify the global system. A
low noise amplifier MMIC on GaAs for 210MHz-12GHz
applications is presented. The MMIC LNA provides a 20dBm
1dB compression point meanwhile it maintains a noise figure of
less than 4dB. On the other hand it achieves a small signal gain
of 20dB among the bandwidth. The design process and
simulations are shown in this paper. | es_ES |
