Análisis del mercado de trabajo en España: el problema del desempleo

Abstract

RESUMEN: La larga crisis que afecta a España desde el 2007 ha tenido fuertes consecuencias, entre otros, en el mercado laboral. El presente proyecto analiza la situación del mercado de trabajo español centrándose en lo acaecido en el pasado 2013 para determinar qué es lo que sucedió, porqué, cual es la tendencia seguida y, de este modo, tener una visión global de cual es la situación real del mismo. Para su elaboración se llevó a cabo un análisis en profundidad de los datos que, sobre este tema, proporciona, principalmente, el INE (Instituto nacional de estadística) y la EPA (Encuentra de población activa), siendo el objetivo general conocer el funcionamiento, la evolución y las tendencias del mercado, diagnosticando los factores que determinan su comportamiento y su impacto entre la oferta y la demanda de empleo. En conclusión, la debilidad del modelo productivo español y la crisis económica ha dejado muy dañado el mercado de trabajo. El paro descendió en 2013, sin embargo, esto no es suficiente para poder hablar de “recuperación”.

ABSTRACT: Since 2007, the severe financial crisis in Spain has negatively affected, among others, the labor market. This project analyzes the current condition of the Spanish labor market focusing on the events that took place in 2013 in order to determine what happened, why it happened, what is the trend followed and, thus, have an overview of what is the real situation. Its preparation was carried out in-depth analysis of data on this subject, provided mainly by the INE (National Statistics Institute) and EPA (Labor Force Survey), with the overall objective to know the operation, developments and market trends, diagnosing the factors that determine their behavior and its impact on the supply and demand for labor. In conclusion, this project analyzes the weaknesses of the Spanish production model and the economic crisis that has severely damaged the labor market. Unemployment decreased in 2013; however, this is not enough to speak of a significant "recovery.
