Evolución legislativa de los derechos laborales de la mujer.

Abstract

RESUMEN. La presente investigación se centra en el análisis del marco político, económico, social y cultural que propició la incorporación de la mujer al mercado laboral; en un primer momento a nivel general, para posteriormente centrarnos en el caso español. Vamos a analizar las primeras leyes sobre protección laboral de la mujer, que son las que en esta investigación nos ocupan. Sin embargo, es muy difícil hacer referencia a los derechos laborales cuando apenas tenían derechos civiles, por lo que en ocasiones serán igualmente objeto de la investigación. Veremos qué es lo que ha conseguido la mujer mediante la lucha que ha llevado a cabo durante los siglos XIX y XX, principalmente en materia de derechos laborales; a dónde hemos llegado realmente en igualdad de derechos, y haremos una reflexión en las conclusiones sobre lo que nos falta por conseguir.

ABSTRACT. This research focuses on the analysis of political, economic, social and cultural context that led the incorporation of working women to the working world; firstly at a broad level, and then, we will focus on the Spanish circumstances. We are going to analyze the first women worker's rights related to labour protection and which concerns this report. However, it would be difficult to refer to working rights when women hardly had civil rights. Therefore in some circumstances these lack of civil rights will also be an objective of the research. We will find out what women have achieved by fighting for their rights during the 19th and 20th century, mainly regarding labour rights; what women got, and coming to the conclusion of what we are going to achieve from now onwards.
