Abstract

RESUMEN En este Trabajo de Fin de Grado (en adelante TFG), a través de una pequeña investigación, se pretende destacar los aspectos más relevantes y en qué forma se llevan a cabo los factores que conforman el Plan de Atención a la Diversidad (en adelante PAD), desde su concepto y finalidad. Profundizar en quiénes son los responsables y su forma de llevarlo a cabo, las medidas destacables y el rigor que se sigue al respecto de la normativa vigente, reseñando los puntos singulares. El objetivo de este trabajo, es dar a conocer la puesta en marcha del PAD del CEIP “Cisneros” de Santander, basándonos en el modo de llevarlo a cabo en el citado Centro, con la pretensión de identificar sus puntos fuertes y débiles, saber el grado de conocimiento y la forma de aplicación de los participantes acerca del PAD. Para el análisis y obtención de los resultados correspondientes a esta investigación, se han utilizado las entrevistas como instrumento dando a este trabajo, un enfoque cualitativo utilizando el método descriptivo, contrastando la información extraída de las entrevistas, desde un criterio conceptual (¿Qué?, ¿Cómo?, ¿Para quién?) y experimental (experiencia profesional de los participantes). Una vez realizado el análisis de la información recabada y posteriormente de contrastar los puntos de interés acerca de la diversidad y la educación, se sugerirán propuestas de mejora para la inclusión en este centro escolar.

ABSTRACT In this Work of Aim of Degree (in ahead TFG), through a small investigation, it is tried to emphasize the most excellent aspects and in what it forms they carry out the factors that conform the Plan of Attention to the Diversity (in ahead PAD), from their concept and purpose. To deepen in whom they are the people in charge and their form to carry out it, the remarkable measures and the rigor that is followed on the matter of the effective norm, reviewing the singular points. The objective of this work, is to present the beginning the PAD the CEIP “Cisneros” Santander, basing on the way to carry out it to us in the mentioned Center, with the pretension to identify its strong points and weak, to know to the degree of knowledge and the form of application of the participants about the PAD. For the analysis and obtaining of the results corresponding to this investigation, the interviews like instrument have been used giving to this work, a qualitative approach using the descriptive method to resist the information extracted of the interviews, from a conceptual criterion ( What? , How? , For whom) and experimental (professional experience of the participants). Once made an analysis of the successfully obtained information and to resist interest information about the diversity and the education improvement proposals will be suggested to improve the inclusion in this scholastic center.
