dc.description.abstract | ABSTRACT: The interest generated by this work comes from all the doubts that arise us about the behavior of enterprises, and why many of them close down without achieves their objectives and others make yours business grow and become a source of profit and satisfaction.
Economic theory doesn’t help to resolve these doubts, as it has been traditionally oriented to the study of the proper working of markets, without interest to know and resolve the performance of the companies as expected they are to behave efficiently in response to market.
To grow in this knowledge we think that the starting point is the analysis of a set of causes of the Spanish business environment that motivate deaths of enterprises, and therefore affect the entrepreneurs to create enterprises and opportunities to survive and grow in future.
In this study we want to show what works and what does not. However, we can’t delve into all possible reasons whereby an enterprise achieves their goals, because would be too long.
So that, with the intention of making this document useful and with the primary aim of prevent new and existing companies make mistakes that causing stop of activity, models and performances for increasing and continue the activity by the promotion of business consolidation are explained. In order to identify problems in advance.
This work describes the concept of business consolidation (non accountable) as a process in development and reaffirmation of the company, in conditions of stability and future prospects, through constant innovation in its business model to attend the demands of a changing society.
We try to defend a vision of the company as an “agent” of change to give up resistant to change behaviors that cause the obsolescence of the business models and his respective depreciation. | es_ES |
