Resumen/Abstract
Our goal is to examine whether cells with different proximo-distal origin in the early limb bud have different properties. This would be reflected in the sorting out when intermixed in the recombinant limb situation. To accomplish this goal we count with two excellent tools: a) The experimental model of Recombinant Limbs developed in the chick. b) The strain of transgenic GFP-expressing chicken. For this purpose we will perform Recombinant limbs in which cells with different PD values will be marked by the gfp expression. The analysis of the behavior and distribution of the Gfp-expressing cells will allow identifying different cell properties between the cells.
