Tecnologías de la información para la gestión del conocimiento

Abstract

RESUMEN. En este trabajo se realiza un análisis exploratorio de la relación entre las tecnologías de la información y comunicación (TIC) y la gestión del conocimiento. Dicha relación no se establece de manera aleatoria, sino que del estudio de la evolución teórica y técnica de las TIC se llega a su convergencia con la gestión del conocimiento. En ese momento, a partir de la espiral de conocimiento de Nonaka y Takeuchi y de la identificación de tres grandes bloques de barreras a la gestión del conocimiento se analiza que herramientas tecnológicas, en función se sus propias características, apoyan cada proceso de conversión de conocimiento y como dichas TIC pueden afectar de forma positiva a reducir las barreras a la Gestión del conocimiento.

ABSTRACT. In this work is realized an exploratory analysis of the relation between the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and the knowledge management. The mentioned relation is not established in an random way, if not from the study of the theoretical and technical evolution of the ICT this approaches his convergence with the direction of the knowledge. In this moment, from the spiral of knowledge of Nonaka and Takeuchi and the identification of three big blocks of barriers to the management of the knowledge it is analyzed that technologies, in function their own characteristics, support every conversion process of knowledge, and how these ICT can affect in a positive way to limiting the barriers to the knowledge management.
