Resumen/Abstract
This report aims to clarify the main differences, strengths and weaknesses existing between the most used certification systems for sustainable buildings in the German sector, BREEAM, LEED and DGNB, in order to assist inventors and stakeholders. In a second phase, the management problems presented by these systems have been analysed, presenting a time study of the application of the different criteria inside DGNB, the most used among them in Germany, in order to clarify the implementation of this assessment method. Moreover, the role of the Project Manager in charge of this process has also been studied, determining finally the need for a professional central to this process.
