Proyecto de pintura en dique seco para un buque

Abstract

El objetivo del presente proyecto es el trabajo de pintura en un buque en dique seco. Los recubrimientos ofrecen una protección pasiva contra la corrosión, se recalca la importancia de la imprimación en la lucha contra la corrosión en el medio marino y el efecto de carga económica y operatividad del buque. La periodicidad de las actuaciones es imprescindible para mantener las estructuras inalteradas y practicables el mayor tiempo posible. El presente supuesto se realizaría en un astillero de Vigo (Galicia). Se definen las características técnicas del buque, su disponibilidad, así como todo lo necesario para implementar el trabajo de pintura. Se incluye los elementos constructivos y la disposición de los mismos, en el buque; así como los planos necesarios para los cálculos y correcto dimensionamiento de las medidas de seguridad. Los trabajos de pintura están normalizados por la ISO 12944, consta de nueve apartados y se vincula con otras normas de aplicación europea. Además el objetivo del presente proyecto es la familiarización con los proyectos de pintura en buque, las legislaciones aplicadas y la seguridad individual y colectiva en la aplicación del mismo; con atención a un mínimo impacto medioambiental.

The objective of the present project is the painting work on a ship in dry dock. Coatings offer passive protection against corrosion the aim is to emphasized the importance of priming in the fight against corrosion in the marine environment and the effect on the ship’s economic load and operation. The periodicity of actions it’s essential to keep the structures unchanged for as long as possible. This case would be carried out in a shipyard in Vigo (Galicia). The technical characteristics of the ship, its avaliabity, as well as everything necessary to implement the painting work are defined. The construction elements and their arrangement in the ship are included; as well as the blueprint necessary for the calculations a correct sizing of the safety measures. The painting works are standardized by ISO 12944 consists of nine sections and I linked to other European standards, furthermore, the objective of this project is to familiarize the user whit ship paintings projects, the applicable legislation an individual and collective safety in their application, with attention to a minimum environmental impact.
