Proyecto de reordenación urbanística del espacio ferroviario de Santander

Abstract

El objetivo de este proyecto de ordenación es formular una propuesta de ordenación urbanística para los terrenos afectados por el Proyecto de Integración del Ferrocarril en el municipio de Santander, cosiendo la ciudad, reduciendo las barreras físicas y dotando al área, que lleva años afectada por el trazado ferroviario, de los espacios libres y equipamientos que le corresponden.

The objective of this planning project is to formulate an urban development proposal for the land affected by the Railway Integration Project in the municipality of Santander, reconnecting the city, reducing physical barriers and providing the area—historically constrained by the railway layout—with the open spaces and facilities it requires.
