dc.description.abstract	This paper presents a direct down converter for a receiver of ultra-wide band system in the upper European band in low cost BiCMOS technology. The RF and LO frequency bands cover from 6 to 9 GHz and the IF frequency band goes up to 500 MHz depending on the decoupling capacitor.	es_ES
