Estudio de posibilidades de autoconsumo fotovoltaico en comunidades energéticas

Abstract

Partiendo de la incipiente figura de comunidad energética en la Comunidad Europea y en España, las recientes concesiones legales en cuanto a autoconsumo y los planes nacionales y europeos respecto a emisiones de carbono a medio y largo plazo, se ha retomado la idea de un proyecto real pausado y se han estudiado las posibilidades de implantación de figura de comunidad energética en la ciudad de Torrelavega. Se considera que la producción energética, aunque insuficiente para proporcionar autosuficiencia eléctrica, es considerable y representa una ayuda a tanto a la población como al objetivo de emisiones neutras de CO₂ a la atmósfera.

On the basis of the emerging figure of energetic communities in the European ommunity and Spain, the most recent legal concessions regarding selfconsumption and the national and Europan plans in relation to the carbon emissions in the short and long term, the founding idea of a paused proyect has been taken into account, along with the possiblities of the implantation of an energetic community in the city of Torrelavega. Regarding the energenic production, it is considered that, although insufficient for electric autonomy, is considerable and represents a step forward in lessening the CO₂ atmospheric emissions and improving the situation of the population.
