Represión y resistencia de las mujeres republicanas durante la Guerra Civil española (1936-1939)

Abstract

Este trabajo analiza las experiencias de las mujeres republicanas durante la Guerra Civil española, destacando su condición de “dobles víctimas” por razones de género y filiación política. No obstante, se pretende superar las narrativas reduccionistas que las presentan exclusivamente como víctimas o heroínas, ofreciendo una visión más matizada que pone de relieve la diversidad de sus vivencias, abordando tanto la represión que sufrieron como las formas de resistencia que desarrollaron. Desde una perspectiva de género y con un enfoque interdisciplinario, este estudio aspira a contribuir a una comprensión más completa del conflicto, integrando la historia de las mujeres en el relato general de la guerra y cuestionando su marginación histórica.

This work analyses the experiences of republican women during the Spanish Civil War, highlighting their condition as “double victims” for reasons of gender and political affiliation. However, the aim is to overcome the reductionist narratives that present them exclusively as victims or heroines, offering a more nuanced vision that highlights the diversity of their experiences, addressing both the repression they suffered and the forms of resistance they developed. From a gender perspective and with an interdisciplinary approach, this study aims to contribute to a more complete understanding of the conflict, integrating women's history into the general narrative of the war and questioning their historical marginalization.
