Abstract

El presente trabajo pretende analizar la Constitución de la Tierra de Luigi Ferrajoli con el fin de dar una visión general de su propuesta, atendiendo a los motivos que le han llevado a este proyecto y a las novedosas soluciones que plantea. La conclusión es que entendemos la preocupación de Ferrajoli por la encrucijada en la que se encuentra la humanidad y la necesidad de tomar conciencia sobre soluciones globales.

This paper aims to analyze the Constitution of the Earth by Luigi Ferrajoli offering a comprehensive overview of his proposal by examining the motivations behind the project and the innovative solutions suggested. The conclusion is that Ferrajoli's concern about the crossroads at which humanity stands is understandable, and it is also urgent to raise awareness to pursue global solutions.
