dc.description.abstractEl Museo Etnográfico de Cantabria es una institución que hoy parece congelada en el tiempo. Apenas ha sufrido modificaciones desde su fundación y no se ajusta a los estándares museográficos actuales. Este trabajo plantea un análisis crítico basado en los principios de la museología contemporánea, con el objeto de identificar las transformaciones necesarias para que el museo pueda desempeñar de forma efectiva sus funciones y conservar la importancia institucional que tuvo en su origenes_ES
dc.description.abstractThe Ethnographic Museum of Cantabria is an institution that today seems frozen in time. It has undergone hardly any changes since its foundation and does not meet current museum standards. This work presents a critical analysis based on the principles of contemporary museology, with the aim of identifying the changes needed for the museum to perform its functions effectively and preserve the institutional importance it had at its inceptiones_ES
